RE Bullet standard 350 hasnt shut down, its being held temporarily due to the noise of silencer. Euro II norms had been having issues with bullet 350 as it creates too much sound as per regulations allow. RE tried to sort it out by introducing a subdued silencer in 350 some years back, but that never worked. Now RE has decided to redefine 350's engine technically to fight the war of noise... and launch it as a new product... like what Honda didwith their City and Maruti did with Zen...

Standard's rates will go down for a few years. then, it will become a hard to find bike and eventually a good conditioned Bullet will be a rarity and will sell at very good price.

if the new model fails to serve the purpose like City and Zen Estilo, and doesnt get people's approval in popular ratings.. that will simply make people more crazy for standard 350... The truth is that all RE models have lived in the shadow of Standard 350.. no model can compete with a 350.
