Jasbir Jassi has completed the shooting for his punjabi film Khushiyaan, which is expected to be getting released on October 14th, 2011. Jasbir Jassi will be in the lead role opposite Bollywood actress Tisca Chopra. Other Star cast includes Rama Vij, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Vivek Shauq, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Deep Dhillon and Sharey Bawa. Khushiyan has been directed by Tirlok Malik. Jaidev Kumar has composed the music of the film with Sardool Sikander, Jaggi Singh, Jagjit Singh and Jasbir Jassi lending their voices for the songs of film. Screenplay and Dialogs are written by Rajan Gangahar & Tirlok Malik
“Khushiyaan” is produced by Darshan Garg, D.P.Goyal and Pardeep Bansal (Kanhiyan Film Production)
Lyrics are provided by Kumaar and Jaggi Singh. And, the music is composed by Jaidev Kumar.

Very heart touching movie towards the end. Kulbhushan Kharbanda is a great actor. Jassi is a great singer. Director looks like a good man and he has made a very nice movie.
A very 2 good movie perfect story and sequence. Mr Kulbhushan and Mrs Rama Vij were marveless actors.Perfact 10 Movie

Most of the singers need to accept the fact that if you are well known and have pretty face that doesn’t make you a good actor. Don’t burn money and kill punjabi cinema. Pehlan hi punjabi cinema massan “Jattan” di chungal cho niklia, te hun kitte love traingle and te singers kol na fas jaye.
Harbhajan Mann, Gippy Grewal, Sarabjeet Cheema, Raj Brar -> better get back to singing, acting is not your cup of tea. For Gippy, he shouldn’t even be a singer…modelling? Maybe.

Jasbir Jassi is a great performer. I have always loved his singing. I am glad he is working in the lead in this project. Tisca chopra is also an ace actress, it will be refreshing to see her face in Punjabi movies. The less said, the better about Kulbhushan Kharbanda ji, Rama Vij, Deep Dhillon and Ghuggi bai. I will be actually looking forward to see Rama Vij ji after so long.
As for the director of the film Tirlok Malik ji, he is an eminent name. he has worked and directed several Hollywood productions.So this is indeed an honour for Punjabi cinema that such great directors are making Punjabi films now. Best wishes to the entire crew.
